Will always dilly dally when we ask for update. Completely disappointed and reading the reviews here noticed we isn't the first one who is going through this. As per the replies from the owner for other reviews, very likely they will also tell "we don't have any records of you" for this too. Nobody have the time to leave a bad review for no utter reason. Garbage company with terrible service.
