โ โ โ โ โ I admit I really dont like to eat porridge, but when I come to this restaurant, it totally changed my life! The pork and century egg porridge is so delicious although it is hot! The taste was soooo good! Usually night time it is quite pack.

โ โ โ โ โ It may not be full of you have a big appetite. However, if you are looking for something to just fill up in between meals, you can always order up the porridge or vermicelli.
Taste good and even better if you choose to add egg into your porridge.
Though there are a few choice for porridge, I would not recommend for the fish porridge because of the fishy smell. The pork porridge is the best.

โ โ โ โ โ Just takeaway the pork porridge and yee mee soup. Still taste good. Make me wonder about people comments here. It is just good old taste pork porridge. What do people expect? Well the yee mee soup is one of the better ones I tasted so far. This is still done by a nice friendly elderly uncle.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there to try the Pork Porridge with Century Egg. First time I tried this specific dish. It was honestly really good, with a nice texture. The pork bits were really tasty. Overall it was nice, although it lacked of seasoning to my taste (you can add pepper and soy sauce). The service was fast and professional, you have to order and pay at the counter. The people running the place were really friendly to me. I would recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ 4th generation of selling pork porridge. These 6 words should motivate you to try out the porridge. Although porridge is not everyone's cup of tea, once in a while, you have to know how it feels like to have watery rice in your stomach. My in laws told me that the great grandfather started selling pork porridge since 1950s from a cart (everyone starts out that way innit). Today, this restaurant is located in a once busy area call Melaka Raya with abandoned shop lots and such. One taste of the pork porridge, you know it's passed down from generations. Smooth texture, layered broth and the coriander / century egg just puts a delight in your mouth. Towards the end of your meal, you will begin to sweat so get your tissues ready to wipe the sweat off your neck and forehead. Somehow, hot porridge does that to you.

โ โ โ โ โ We decided to visit this well established place for a porridge main course dinner for a change. We went before 6:30 pm and parking was already a challenge. We order our choices of porridge and few side dishes. As expected relatively longer waiting was needed as the dish is cooked individually, one at a time. Overall we were satisfied with the dinner.
