β β β β β First time I ever seen a restaurant putting so much effort into making roti canai. There were like 3 stations and each station has a specific version to make. It's really good. Will come again

β β β β β Famous restaurant with crispy and fluffy roti canai (flatbread) at klang. Original restaurant nearby at pandamaran hawker street about 10years and always thonged with neighborhoods as a simple and affordable breakfast. Due to an unfortunate fire incident had moved to pendamaran Jaya. As a local, roti kosong (original flatbread) and roti telur (egg flatbread) maintained it's crispy and fluffy texture but taste no as good as before, size portion getting smaller and price getting higher.
Service is efficient and well organized. Although restaurant is always packed, but short waiting time for a table and foods.Left side from entrance for take-away and Centre for queue up to dine-in. Roti canai recommend dine-in instead of take away in order to keep it crispy taste.
Visited here today. Omg, suprisedly we found high-tech robot food delivery here.. Interesting, recommended y'all come and visit.

β β β β β A very famous local mamak, ie Indian Muslim, stall.
Operates more than 20 years
Most famous is the roti canai, Singaporean will call thisas roti prata. It's a little big crispy, but not too much
It's amazing how many types of roti canai you can get thru the innovation all the years. Most common is roti telor, with added with egg, then you can have with butter, with cheese, with Milo (chocolate drink) practically with anything on earth
Signature drink will be teh tarik, frothing milk tea, it's done by pouring the tea from height.
Of course there are other typical mamak delicacy to choose from such as thosai, nasi lemak etc
Price wise is higher than average mamak stall, but it's more comfortable environment
They are using robot for delivery to table too
Can be very crowded
Sometimes, difficult to get waiter to take your order, and can be a bit rude... This is typical for most of the mamak across Malaysia
