★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will start off by saying that it is hands down probably the worst briyani I ever had. Ordered 5/6 packets of mixed mutton and chicken briyani. Deplorable! The cucumber acar was watery. The ayam made was not coated by sauce instead, was swimming in watery cheap orange cordial jus. We also purchased a pack of nasi dalca with kurma chicken which were absolutely tasteless. Needless to say that prices were on the higher end in comparison to the lack of quality and taste of the food. I'm an ipohan and the food in this place sits nowhere to the kind of food we have here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience , order 4 pm for buka puasa to deliver at 6.45pm. End up not eating because no delivery. I saw another similar review of late delivery which mean the owner is not organised in delivery, and she dare to say not her fault.
Customer service both foodpanda and owner not helpful. Maybe too many income so treat other like **+*. Must improve on service if you are boasting your food is good. The name also misleading. Remember you treat other bad God will return it. I have to apologise to my guest because of this shameful incidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great biryani and masala & sweet and sour chicken i had today! Friendly people and delicious meal and mango drink. According to their boss, this place was renovated not long ago and i love their comfortable and modern design! Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1st visit today. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to all the hype. They even dare to serve us a lamb shank that is off(basi). I think they are just being opportunist by trying to offload a bad item to their 1st customer at the start of their business day. Not going to repeat this joint. Biryani is also so-so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having biryani at Restaurant Insaf since I was a kid. And the taste is always delicious. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned and always pack during lunch hour. My favourite dishes here would be nasi biryani, ayam goreng, ayam madu, manggo juice and manggo lassi.
