★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and air-conditioned place. There shoplot combine together. Almost hundred dishes to choose from. Fried chicken looks very appetising, tried some dishes, some ok and others below average. Altitude of one possibly manager is arrogant and confrontational, hence the 2 star.

Wash room and toilet well maintained. Everything is labelled and directions are clear. Take what you like, pay for the food and enjoy your meal. Memang bagus, senang dan sedap. TQ

Food is ok, worth to drop by. Even i have another economic rice seller which less than 50m to my house, i will detour to this shop rather than the one that nearer to mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centralized air conditioning, clean & spacious. Whether for lunch or dinner food is always fresh as it is open all day!
Though some food type selections are pricey a little, they're worth the money. (Though different cashiers on shifts quoted prices even on same amount of food differently, overall we're still wordlessly agreeable, ha ha!). A new, non-halal large scale concepts in selling mixed rice; where this is one of their branches located not far from my place!
Go early to grab some freshly cooked foods. Cheers!
