★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef Koey Teow! 58 years since he started from a humble trishaw stall near the iconic Clock Tower and now own shop. The prawns sweeten the soup. Need to add soy sauce and pepper to being the flavour out.
My family favourites..I'd go with Instant Noodle..with extra bowl of Bean Sprouts , Beef and all its internals on the side.
I'd add sugar and the chopped fried garlic into the chili sauce. Some likes to dipped the meat with the chili sauce. I 'd dump the chilli into the bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are at Parit Buntar area, do visit this shop. Although the frontage isn't fanciful.. do not be put off by it! The broth is clear and sweet & the chili paste is ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST.BEEF.SOUP.NOODLES in Penang! Always is and gonna be my first stop when im in town. Tip: add some soy sauce into the chilli paste that's given with some fried garlic on the side. And slurp your way to a party in your mouth.
