★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fair, for a Malaysian...it is the usual mamak shop stuff, not so spicy but tasty...I come back once in a while to satisfy my tastebuds. Ambient is pretty gloomy while SOME table is too high compared to the chair...poor ergonomics. Service ia never their strength, quite slow and not promptly available for call. Price is quite high for what they serve, you could get the same stuff at a normal Malay cafe for a much cheaper price and more choices.

Since the original nasi kandar at Royale has gone to pot, this is one of the one acceptable, albeit expensive, alternative place to eat good nasi kandar. The standouts are the beef and the honey chicken, but avoid the crab and sotong, which is an eye watering (well, for Alor Setar standard anyway) RM8 for three squid tubes.
The place is also rather clean, though parking can be a bit of an issue at peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable and cheap. Nasi kandar is nice and delicious. Many table to be seated. Variety of roti canai. Not too busy. Located near the with stadium and aman mall. But the parking space is limited and be careful with others car.
