โ โ โ โ โ First of all, the customer service here is very terrible. Instead of telling us to wait or give a sign that they heard us calling them (the workers), they would just straight up ignoring you as if you weren't there at all. Secondly, the food takes ages to arrive. There's this one time I ordered roti canai and Milo ais (iced Milo) and it took them 1 and a half hour to prepare it. I almost had left the restaurant and went for kfc instead. Thirdly, the place is dirty. Dirty tables, dirty floor, you name it. It is disgusting to eat here. And for those who are trying to have a good dinner, I suggest you go to kfc or somewhere better than Al-Sarifa.

โ โ โ โ โ Cheap and affordable mamak in Taman Desa. ??? Easy to located as it is just right in front of Family Mart. The service was veryyyyy slow if u sit outdoor. Not very good indoor ventilation too. Food was average but the slow service is really unacceptable for hungry us. Waited an hour for a nasi goreng ayam was ridiculous.
A lot of smoker siting outdoor but no one stopping them to smoke too. It was full house when we visit on a Thursday night.

โ โ โ โ โ I gave 1 star because there is no 0 rating. TERRIBLE FOOD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. especially the mamak who sit behind the cash counter. Learn Cooking, Learn customer service then run the business. Its expensive for screwed up attitude workers. There are other good food stalls nearby.

โ โ โ โ โ Food price above average, but food below average. Service bad, forgot my order and I have to wait when other people already get their food. Worst part is I don't even get what I order after the long wait.
Your teh ais macam ais kosong, so damn bland. Environment is dirty too.
The last time I went with my friend to dine in, we sat there 30mins and been calling different waiter to get our order but all just wave their hands and ask us wait.
Will never go back again, Taman Desa have other better choices

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service ,whenever came to this shop no 1 will response or take order. Very late service and no hygiene at all.Used plate also won't clean on the spot,untill called so many times.. Please improve your service..

โ โ โ โ โ Be careful when you order tandoori chicken for takeaway. You may not get the full cut of the chicken ordered. Think Iโve got missing pieces from the 2 full chicken legs (RM16.60). Disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ My friends and I went to the restaurant for dinner on a Monday night. It was packed with people. However service was extremely slow due to the lack of servers. I ordered the roti sardin which was average in taste although the dahl and fish curry was very tasty. The teh halia (ginger tea) was sweet.
Update: 16 May 2022. A crowded night at the restaurant. We asked several servers to clean the table (left by previous customers) but despite repeatedly asking them to do so, they just ignored us. Terrible customer service and no sense of organisation. We left the restaurant and had KFC instead. I have no plans to return to this mamak restaurant.
