So we decided to leave and go to other restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the worse mamak spots in BBB. However, service, seating, and parking is good.
Maggi goreng was decent. If your preference is leaning towards a heavy cili/tomato sos flavour, this is your spot.
Indomie goreng was horrific. Overcooked and tasted just like straight salt. Incredibly greasy by mamak standards.
Kuey teow goreng (malay style) was also horrific. Kuey teow was straight tasteless, with a hint of kicap. Awful.
Ayam goreng was cold, and very batter-y although this was towards 10pm, so I would not hold this past them.
Roti Telur Cheese was also incredibly bland.
Avoid this spot if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit (but not a first to a mamak joint). Average in terms of cleanliness, have seen better mamak elsewhere. Food taste was also average. Service speed was slower than my usual mamak haunt. Probably my visit was the exception to the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Have been going to this place for years and quality of service has dropped significantly. Will often misplace your order and give you a late order. This happened to me on multiple occasions, with wait times in excess of 40 minutes.
