β β β β β My favourite here is roti sarang .. Come in two flavour .. Chicken n beef .. Make ur choice and taste it .. Am tasted it both .. And well .. As expected .. So tasty .. I loved it .. And maybe trying it with sambal ..

β β β β β Local Malay cuisine being served here. The special menu will be the fresh water fishes which they can prepare prior to your arrival to the restaurant. Of course you have to call the restaurant to place the order for the fresh water fish. They would have fresh water lobster too sometimes. Aizad and his family are running the restaurant. Friendly and accomodative to your every request. I have been there a few times, but definitely will give them another visit very soon.

β β β β β The warung is located beside the main road linking Bentong town to Karak highway, quite near to the Bentong East exit. Parking is very limited but you can park along the main road. The warung has a reasonable spread for lunch with fresh water fish as its attraction. For those who do not eat fresh water fish, they can choose chicken, beef, offals, udang galah or seawater fish. The ulams are quite extensive with three types of sambals. The sambals are however too sweet to my liking. The warung has a list of not so usual fresh water fishes like patin, kerai, baung, jelawat, lampang and others we seldom hear. It is adviceable to call first to ensure your choice of fish is available. For our lunch we had two large udang galah masak lemak, ikan kerai goreng kunyit, limpa, ulaman and sambal. Udang galah was quite tasty although we felt that it was basic with lack of finer ingredients such as daun kunyit or even serai. We ordered half ikan kerai for two of us, to be fried garing with kunyit. As expected the fish was tasty but it was large so part of inside was not well cooked. Overall the lunch was average.
Price? We did not expect it to be cheap as we had udang galah and ikan kerai. The bill came out to be RM120.

β β β β β Many selection of dishes and taste good. Their specialty is freshwater fish dish. From ikan kerai to ikan baung to freshwater prawn. They have ulam (side dish - veggies). The cost is a bit pricey but reasonable for what they served. Just make sure u are aware of this and be prepared. And no spacious parking lot. Becareful.
