โ โ โ โ โ Food looks good. Big corner shop lot and not easy to find parking in this area. Hard to say that the food taste great; just so-so is probably best way to describe it

โ โ โ โ โ Very historical place for Yong tau foo. They should have been in operations for more than 20 years.
The prices have gone up, same like inflation. But still worth it, as there are places which charge higher.
The Fong tau foo soup is delicious. Good that they allow to add soup.
Other than Yong tau foo, they also have nice noodles there. Their curry and prawn Mee is good, but then again.... The taste and quality sometimes can be abit inconsistent. So, sometimes really depends on your luck whether on that day itself their broth is good, or can be better.

โ โ โ โ โ My favourite curry mee ever. Classic! Prices are definitely on the higher side. The satay are also recommended! Only available 6pm onwards though, for satay.
2022 update - Corey mee just as good as I can remember. But not consistent though. Assorted YTF splendid! For the amount of money that they are making, the furniture needs attention. Their Chinese food section is just as good. Wok hei ??
Place is without AC but not too hot. Parking is a hassle especially with a new condo right beside it.

โ โ โ โ โ The tofu was very delicate and tastes so different from the store bought version. The other stuffed veggies are delicious as well. The soup in which the stuffed veggies and tofu are served tasted savory and hearty. Didn't expect a tofu to taste so good before. I have a new favorite!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been patronizing this traditional Yong Tow Foo shop some 40+ years from its humble beginning operating from a wooden zinc roofed shed adjacent to its present double shoplot location.
Its name is synonymous with that of the patriarch who started the business was also better known as fatty mok. Previously it serves mainly yong tow Foo fares but it has expanded its menu to include restaurant foods.
Nonetheless it claims its yong tow Foo fillings are still painstakingly made entirely from tenggiri fish with no adulteration.
You could order a simple lunch of soup mee or rice with a few pieces of its exotic fish paste yong tow foo or more elaborate restaurant dishes.???
