★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So crowded that they only allow 40 minutes dining time… this is not the spirit of yum Cha.
Overall dim sum is so so.
The only dim sum ? that worth trying is the Portuguese Egg Tart & wu kok.
The rest I would say is average and some below average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their egg tart and xiubao is a must try. Crowded after 9am, remember to listen carefully as they will call the number very fast, you might missed it. Staffs are nice, friendly, helpful and well trained. Definitely will come next time, but maybe earlier. Have been waited 1.5 hours to be seated today...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the ridiculous long queue and pain to find a parking, the wait is worth it. Went crazy with the menu and ordered almost every single item. They’ve got quite a good variety and my belly was satisfied. I don’t remember the name of the dishes but must order xiao long bao, meat & prawn wrap in tofu skin, prawn fried dumpling, jar gao, siew mai…though the Portuguese egg tart was a signature, it was too sweet for my taste. Worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time came to this place. Delicious food and good service! The taste is not the same as the one in Guangzhou, China. I think it might be very Malaysian-style. My friends and I like this place very much. I have recommended it to many friends around me, even though here is far away from where we live

Not to forget the Portuguese tart is a must to order, it stands out as extraordinary pastry because if it crispy layer skin and soft egg tart! Everything it’s so good! Respect the passion of the owner to keep the standard high and reasonable price!

Portion : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (very generous)
Price : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (worth of value, RM X - 1X per plate)
Taste : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (savoury, fresh and always served hot)
Cleanliness : ⭐⭐⭐⭐(above the average not too good, there was a ? came to my table, the toilet floor is wet and very slippery)
I definitely will recommend this place to friends and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost always packed with long waiting times to get a table. Parking is available but can fill up quickly on weekends. Wide selection of dim sum. Both indoor and outdoor seating available with air conditioning. Food is good, price is fair. Is the wait time fair? That’s up to you to decide.
