★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy in the morning till noon. If u want Sang Kut, need to call to order at least one hour before u arrive. Their normal bkt soup is clear and sweet in overall. Love that. But price has been increased over years.

However, pork meat is very tender and soft. Not overcooked.

Tried their bak kut teh soup which tasted good with mild flavour. Suitable for those looking for a healthier option.
Unfortunately our experience was marred by their awful service. Multiple staff saw us coming in and sitting down but all of them ignored us even though I called a few time to order. I had to get up myself and walk over to the boss and ask for my order to be taken. Even when our dishes arrived the waiter didn't being us plates or condiments. Again, even when I asked nicely. Once again I had to get up and get it myself. Plus they weren't even busy at that time. There was only 4 tables occupied and 3 was already served.
I don't want to say its race related but there was another Chinese family that came in the same time as us and sat at the table beside us and they got proper basic service as one would've expected but we didn't. So do what you will with that information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im used to eat bkt and tested numerous shop but i believe that many people doesn't know this type of meat available as picture attached. Its call 加厚骨 which is extra thick contain of ribs and three layers of meat, one piece of meat fulfil your desire of ribs, fat and meat. I don't think its common for most of the bkt shop but it do available here. Worth to have a try because of this meat.
Overall their bkt and soup taste average. Wont be too heavy and good to suit every range of individuals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here first time after walking past for many times, seeing the crowd! Well it didn't disappoint. Staff service was good, food was delicious and portion was just nice!
We tried soup base for dine in, and ordered dry base for take away. Both the tastes are to our liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clear soup and dry claypot BKT is the famous dish here. Bills comes up to RM 60 for two pax, our order as per picture. Boost duitnow QR is accepted and you may also order ahead via Food panda for take away. Came here during dinner time, plenty of tables available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smells nice when pass by. Tried bkt soup (RM18) n ordered at entrance. This is how the cashier/staff delivered the food - Put behind the utensils far from customer (1st pic). Taste is so so only, not as great as I expected. Total RM27. Found thread in soup n told cashier but she just ignored. Tapao leftover food is quick. What a disappointment for bad service.
