★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes you may have to wait for quite Long during peak hours, but sometimes it’s quite empty and you can find seats easily. Good traditional beverages like coffee and teh. Not too mention they have really yummy chicken chop (the fried kind) and amazing kaya toast!!!!! I’m a regular visitor :)

Pleasant experience..staffs are friendly..service is fast..parking is ample..
Price is reasonable..2 sets of roti bakar and milo panas was RM9.70..
Lost the picture of the roti bakar..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hua Mui has many branches, but i prefer this branch as parking is free and plentiful.
It has many "signature" dishes like their Hokkien Chicken Chop, Mee Mamak and the classic morning coffee, eggs and toast (which is eaten for tea as well).
We (the three of us) chose the Kuey Tiaw fried with cockles, Cantonese Fried Rice and the Grilled Chicken Chop. Please note that the Hokkien Chicken Chop is "Fried", not Grilled.
The portions are large, taste is so-so. The cockles in my kuey tiaw are minuscule-you'd have to peer closely to see it. The fried rice is dry and the Beans in the Chicken chop looks suspiciously like colored "kacang kuda".
Drop by if you are hungry and dont mind the food quality. Else use the opportunity to try other cafes nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was actually looking for a nice area for variety of choices and Sutera is the place to drop by when you're in JB. My friend asked me to picked and we decided to walk in Rest Hwa Mua.
Saw one of my favourite Hainanes Chicken chop and we ordered it. We also ordered mushroom soup as whipped potatoes and coleslaw was not available and hot soya cincau.
We waited a while, mushroom soup was hot and tasty. And finally our hainanes chicken chop arrived. It was hot and a good portion but it could do with a lil more gravy and potatoes. Gravy looks a bit different though but overall ok la.
There are still many favourite dishes here, probably will drop by again to try out the other dishes. It's gonna take a while to explore the whole Sutera area.
As for parking, we were lucky to have one just across the road. But I hear it could be packed. Maybe because the Singaporean crowd is missing and because of the pandemic, many still chose not to rush or travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mee goreng mamak was too sweet and chicken chop was ok. The kaya butter bun was really good though! They ran out of the ikan bilis sambal bun so had to do with kaya butter bun. Service staff was helpful and prompt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a traditional breakfast that opened early and stumbled onto this refurbished old school menu kinda place. The bread and eggs were both done perfectly but the Hainanese chicken chop’s batter was a tad too thick. But otherwise it’s quite tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice traditional coffee place with Hainan malayan Chinese food. Was here at abt 1pm, extremely hot outside. Hence place was warm even with fans in full blast. Service was quick but place was not full. Food is decent. The garlic bread was extremely good. The mogolian chicken is just average. Ordered Chiam O, but they gave me Kopi O instead. I just make do with it.
