★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come here for a breakfast. They serve roti canai and a good selection of kueh muih with good parking space for everybody. Price is quite moderate with of course GST :)
Mee Goreng (fried noodle) and in fact almost all foods are tasty. Roti Canai served in the morning sometimes taste differently but of of the time tip top especially kuah dal.
If you come for a lunch you may have to wait for a table. Good food always a long queue so just be patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give a higher star if it few years ago and eating at the place. But if you ordered from Grab or Foodpanda, then you might have same experience as me. Food taste so BAD, ingredients used are not fresh. Mushrooms soup smells weird I end up throwing everything away after eating it a bit and had stomachache. WORST service. Don’t cook if you end up making people sick!! ???? I won’t order or go to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2007-2017 Idaman was once one of the best Malay restaurant around Mutiara Damansara area which serves decent Malay-Thai food. It was once also favoured by popular Malay artists around. They have widest selection of menu unlike the typical Malay-Pattani restaurant around town. With rare menu like Ayam Gajus, Thai Green Curry of which we can only find such menus at Thai restaurant. But today, they have downgrade their menu like typical Malay-Pattani runned shop, quality has dropped drastically, food no longer tastes good. Service, has always been an issue here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visited the restaurant got the very bad experience and service. Im sitting outside table and order a drink. I hv been waiting the drink more than 30mins. I understand during that time still crowd. So I decided inside to find the staff that ask me for order. Asking my drink has been waiting too long that I hv ordered. Suddenly he shout at me saying he is busy. Which in front of me facing all the people here. I hv been treat so rude then I decided to leave. So I will never come to this restaurant again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here was very disappointing. We ordered maggi goreng basah and maggi goreng biasa. Both were bad. The basah version had a funny smell coming from it and the gravy was all black. The dry version was no better. The only thing that was alright were the teh-o ais limau and the limau ais.

During dinner its a thai menu. My fav is the Tom Yum & Kailan Ikan Masin.
