★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinggan basah lencun tak di lap utk pelanggan.meja tidak bersih atau di lap selepas di gunakan pelanggan lain.pelanggan mkn bayar bkn mkn free.2 kali saya mkn di situ dgn masalah yg sama..
 Wet dishes are not wiped for customers. The table is not clean or wiped after being used by other customers. Customers can pay, they can't be free. 2 times I can be there with the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ layanan terhadap customers sangat la buruk ?? dah tau tak semua customers datang ramai tau , lain kali sediakan meja untuk 1 , 2 ,3 orang . bila customers duduk sorang kat meja panjang . korang mengata belakang . aku dengar tau “ ni duduk sorang haih “ . aku bayar tau . sangat la buruk . perbaiki laa ,aku sangat la suka makan kat situ sekali aku kena macam ni memang 7 ketrunan aku tak sruh makan sana.
service to customers is very bad ?? I know not all customers come in large numbers, next time prepare a table for 1, 2, 3 people. when customers sit alone at a long table. You say back. I heard "I'm sitting alone." I pay. It's very bad. Fix it, I really like eating there, once I get hit like this, I haven't eaten there for 7 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the yuckiest fish I've ever had in my whole life here. They served us grilled fish that is really inedible---the texture is so bad you know it's wrong. It was super mushy and grainy, and smelled really pungent. Even without the rotting smell, the fish wasn't well-seasoned, is quite bland and has a bitter taste. Tekstur dia hancur-hancur & lembik sangatttt.
We asked 3 different staffs about this. The first one assured us it was cooked properly and the fish was supposed to taste like this. Second one said maybe the fish wasn't grilled enough, so inside is still a bit soft. Only the third one was slightly more honest and said he wasn't sure why this is like this. Maybe the fish is not fresh enough, they did get a batch of nearly rotten fish from the supplier, which they returned. She apologized and offered to give us a discount.
No next time because of poor food safety issue and the dishonesty.
