★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot-plate chef, Mr. Chandra (Chand) is very friendly, extremely hospitable and kind. He speaks many languages and makes a delicious Dosa. The dhals and curries are good too as also the Appams with coconut milk. A small restaurant and can be easily missed. Certainly recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all Indian cuisine restaurants in Kuala Terengganu, I would put this one as the most authentic Indian taste. Do not restrict yourself to roti canai only, explore more other foods for breakfast or lunch. To some Muslim friends who in doubt of halal status here, do not worry, in fact one of family member is a Ustaz ( Islamic teacher).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best food experiences my girlfriend and I have had with our travels around Malaysia. The owner uncle chan is such a nice person and really took amazing care of us. We told him that we don't eat meat and he chose out what to pair with our roti. Neither of us know what we got but it was so good. When we decided to spend another night in terraganu after Redang, we both knew with one look that it meant that we were going to visit uncle chan and his restaurant again. Also the price of the dinner was so low that the first time we were there, we had to double check to make sure that they actually charged us correctly for everything (they did). A really wonderful place that I could highly recommend if you are in terraganu.
