Everything fresh from the farm to tables. Food is delicious, but presentation is not winning your appetite, yet the tasty food or dishes will easily prompt you to request for a 2nd helping. The place is a bit hidden from the main road, simple village setting not well decorated, not attractive at all. The owner only want you to concentrate merely on the dishes they serve. The owner is very friendly and yku will feel homely with his present. If you happen to be visiting the surrounding tourist spots like Genting Highlands, Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Janda Baik , Karak or even Raub, take a stopover for village style lunch here. I hope you will enjoy the food like us and paying a resonable and affordable price!

A must visit to try the Bentong Ginger chicken mihun. Suitable for big group dining but due to Covid-19, place has restriction and strict SOP.

Very yummy food here. Tough this restaurant may require some finding without GPS.

Didn't expect the seafood is delightful. Take a look on the video, it tastes good as it looks. Environment is not my main concern, but the food they served is well seasoned & tasty. If you prefer something heavy in flavor, this will be the best choice for you for your family or Co workers.

Food tasted well with real taste of ginger (for the chicken). The claypot fish was very fresh too. The pork ribs were quite boney but other than that, all good with generous portion. The waiting time is a lil longer than average but i would say its worthwhile.

Came here during weekday for short trip. Didn’t know that this place served really good Ginger Steamed Chicken. Had their steamed fish too. Ordered about 4 dishes which were good enough for 5 pax : Garlic fried Yaumak, Ginger Steamed Chicken, their Taufu Pok with fillings and steamed fish. Total came to RM170ish which is quite reasonable. Just have to order wisely.

Hygiene issue. Ordered 1 ice water and when ordered another, they said no more ice. Tilapia fish ordered but charged came to 1.4kg. We didn't feel it was that big. Ordered small eggplant but they refused to serve small portion and they will only serve based headcount. Only 2 pax out if our 5 adult and 2 kids eat this. We were forced to order medium, take it or leave it kind of attitude. Ordered several other dishes like lala, all no stock. Told bill rm140 for 1 tilapia, 1 egg plant, 1vege, 1 sweetsour pork, onion egg. Totally not worth it. Service and hygiene is poor. Definitely will not return.

We spent an average of RM50 per pax and ate til we dropped. All stir fry vegetables were have a strong smell of char from work, ultra flavorful. Wine ginger kampung chicken is has a wonderful fragrant and taste. The shrimps in the glass noodles were huge and super fresh making the broth brilliant. The claypot fish has a delicious dressing, the fish was tender and cooker to perfection. All food items were mostly desirable and eating in a kampung like setting is a definite plus. Although far from KL, won't mind taking a drive away from the city just to enjoy a great makan experience.
