★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to Kensington several times over the past 2 years, I have to say the service and food quality has degraded.
I used to love the good food, the calm ambient and friendly service, however nothing remain the same (not sure changes in management or working staff)
Some of my observation from the past 26/12/2021
1. Grilled meat portion become smaller e.g chicken chop
2. Super arrogant female staff (not sure if she is the supervisor) - she need to learn respect the customers.
3. Ambient/setups remain the same
Hope changes can be done, the my comments positively and I will visit again.

The taste turn 360 from awesome to terrible. The tomyum fried is rubbish. No Tom yum favour just pure salty taste, the prawn and squid hard like rock. Over cook. The fish is bad overcooked, coral rish or fish as hard as coral?. Tom yum rice is should change lemon grass fried. Ice coffee sweetness is over the roof. You must be kidding with that portion lemon grass in fried rice. Holy moly I guess the price lemon grass now cheaper.
The portion of the squid with salt and peppercorn I guess thing get more expensive thefore the portion reduce by half from previous? Holy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing meal we had today. Veg pieces with meal were cold and meal itself somewhat bland in taste.
The outlet/branch in Era Walk is far more better in the meals they serve.
Never back to this branch again for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place a fairly large western menu. The portions were faily large and very tasty. Lunch time can be crowded. Price wise slightly high. Still considered ok based on the portions given. Nice cozy environment. They have a large dine-in area. Good place to hangout for afternoon tea and family gatherings. Will be back again to try out other dishes. ??????
