★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average food but is really cheap. Around 9am you won't see the crowd. U have to queue and order. Their signature is 流沙包 but nothing great. You will be surpised a small shop like this is quite crowded.

Overall for me, the dim sum just normal standard, not really wow factor.
the Lo Mai Gai the rice a bit undercooked, so i dont like it.
The chao lobak gou not bad, the tauge save it.
You need to stand in front of the dim sum stall n choose ur dim sum, then they will send to ur desk.
they also have 纸包鸡，pork yam custard,fried dumpling in the corner beside hot there.
Lobak kuih, zhu qiong fan , porridge also have. but u need to order.
so a bit confuse what else do they have..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is tidy, clean and hygienic. The set up is simple kopitiam style but new. There is proper toilet. The basin is nice and clean.
The floor is dry.
The table set up is with social distancing in mind.
It is safe.
The feature of is their unique traditional family recipe - for 点心~ paos/包， 豆腐/tofu, lowmaikai/罗米雞 and Siewmai/点心and etc. You can not get the same taste or experience else where. That is why and how the customers are pouring in.
The price is value for money plus 点心 are fresh as they do not keep high stock...they order the fruits based on their business demand。
However, there are some issues, when a lot of customers...the ordering n services are slow and poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is decent, not fantastic, the popular custard salted egg bun is again ok not fanstatic, the skin of the bun is too thick, the filling is not yolky and fragrant enough, kopi is over diluted, price wise is reasonable, items in pictures + 2 custard buns +2 coffee, totalled to 33.8rm
