★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Malay food establishment and while it looks a lot like a mamak nasi kandar, it feature lots of ulam and very traditional Malay dishes. Okay so here's the problem: if there's a lady on the counter, chances are you are going to pay extra 30-40% more. Limited food at best but if you come after 12 pm (if you have busy schedule), there's no more dishes for you to choose from. So if you want to have all the good stuff, come as early as 11:30am. 3rd and most important: if you hate cats, this is not a place for you as there are at least 2-3 roaming around looking for fish scraps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few authentic local favourite nasi campur in Bayan Lepas. A humble area but with variety of curry and typical malay favourite dishes. They also offer grilled chicken and fish- a nice go to place for malay lunch at a reasonable price. Drinks maybe a lil too sweet at times so do ask for kurang manis/less sweet option. They will usually try to accommodate. This is one of the places where theyre happy for u to dine first and pay once you've finished eating ( unlike the chinese coffee shops in penang)
