★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to go regularly to this restaurant but stopped during MCO. My family wanted to try out since we had new members in the family. We were totally disappointed . Only the restaurant remained that way but food was totally disastrous . The fish was not fresh. The lemon chicken recipe somehow was not authentic because chicken had soy sauce and like had been recycled from some other dish. The fried squids did not have enough salt. The telur masin ekoba looked pathetic.
We came back so diaappointed and our new family member even vomited after reaching home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has probably the best salted egg sotong I've ever had. Very fresh, with minimal flour yet still very crispy. Sometimes you eat salted egg sotong and you feel jelak after awhile... not this one. Now, two hours after my lunch, I am wishing I tahpaued another portion home with me. The asam fish was also very fresh and nice, and the prices were very reasonable. If you are going to Sekinchan you can consider this place for lunch on the way there or on the way back, as you'd pass this on your journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family used to come here for good seafood years back. Totally disappointed today. The quality of food and taste was horrible. Seafood wasn’t fresh at all. Fish was hard, squid was chewy, salted egg mantis prawn was too dry and hard. Even the white rice served was from low quality grains. Drove all the way from KL to have a miserable dinner. Definitely will not dine in here again. Customer service was so poor. No greetings upon entry. Lady took our orders as tho we are eating for free. Can’t even suggesto any proper signature dishes from the shop. To add our misery, after 7pm you will be attacked by huge mosquitoes. Haizzz.. dono what else to say..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food with very reasonable pricing. The lala bee hoon is a must try. Instead of the usual lala with shells, the restaurant uses baby lala without shell. The taste was great without the bits of shell we usually find elsewhere. The butter prawns had thin shell and sweet flesh. The sweet potato leaves with belacan (shrimp paste) was just the right level of spiciness. Overall, we enjoyed the lunch and will return for more in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one bother to serve us when we walked into the restaurant, we had to find a table by ourselves. Food is so so only and also not as fresh. River scenery was blocked by a big boat. When make payment, the credit card got issue and tried more than 10 times also no connection, so please prepare cash if you plan to go there. Overall experience was below average.
Only plus point is can see small tiny crab under the platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is next to a very large temple, and boat cafe. We ordered crabs + mantau , lala, shark fish porridge and vegetables. We liked the crabs, mantau and lala. But shark fish porridge is so-so only. So i think it's not really worth it. Overall i think it's ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **SALTY DISH AND SEAFOOD IS NOT THAT FRESH**?
Disappointed with our last day lunch in Kuala Selangor. At first we order lala bihun and fried rice, we tried and taste the dish and felt it is very salty. But we still try our best to accept it but then we really feel hard to digest it then we decided to inform to the PIC. The pic told us that we have ate quite a lot and did not know if they can exchange for us. Last, they still changed for us and it was still salty. We gave up eating and just left. The Ming Prawn on our fried rice also not that fresh. I won't be visiting to this restaurant again next when I was back to KS. Very unpleasant experience to my tongues.
