★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best outside of penang - and better than many shops in penang too.
I have been eating here since 1975 when it was just a stall in a chinese coffee shop next to Globes. Quality still better than most although it has dropped a tad. Their kitchen is clean and that a rarity with nasi kandar shops. Can't get much better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choice of “lauk” can be quite limited, but definitely one of the best nasi kandar in KL. Typically there’s fried chicken, fried fish, fried eggs, curry fish, curry squid, black beef, and fried cabbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to come here when I was very young. The atmosphere is very inviting. The food choices may be little but they were amazing. The food is spicy, hot, and savoury. You know a mamak restaurant is good if they have a dedicated man at the counter to plate your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go-to place to get my nasi kandar cravings satisfied. Taste is good, clean restaurant, but the price is a bit expensive. Parking is also limited. Easier to come here by bike or maybe get a take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Penang Nasi Kandar in Kuala Lumpur. Parking can be a challenge but I went during EMCO and just parked curbside. They dont have a lot of choice of items but their speciality is ayam hitam and daging kicap.
Price wise is OK ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high expectations by reading the reviews. Tried the ayam kicap hitam and the most honest opinion i can say the food is horrible. No sweetness at all for the sauce and its full of spices and so much pepper. Chicken is basically tasteless inside. Legit never gonna eat this again, disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and authentic nasi kandar restaurant in Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur. It has that old and simplistic kedai mamak vibe that we all know and love. The food here is good and the staffs are friendly. Could get quite crowded during lunchtime and the queue may be long... but it's well worth it!
Parking may be a hassle but you could Grab / take the LRT nearby to this location.
