★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (9th May 2022) Worst service.. The Naan Maker is so rude.. He asked me to wait 35 minutes for 2 Naan biasa and 2 chappathi Bungkus.. i accepted it and waited there becs i understood the shop is crowded.. But Ended up with burnt Naan and half cooked chapathi (I only noticed after opened it at home) Also i got sambar instead of Kacang curry.. when i asked about it.. the casier answered rudely like only sambar available..
If your shop is crowded its good for you.. We understand that you r busy but dont show that anger to the customer.. Your boss is paying for your work..
And if dont have the complete set for Naan ( with Kacang curry, Mint Chutney) close the counter or else inform the customer when they order. Dont treat customers like stupid..
