★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 packs of mi goreng mamak + telur mata for takeaway. Came back home to see NO telur mata at all.
During my next visit, I told them about this (showed photo as proof), they denied it immediately and didn't believe me at all. They didn't want to take responsibility and didn't want to refund.
It's only a small amount of money, and I just mentioned it hoping that they take responsibility, but their attitude towards me was really bad in front of their staff and customers.
Not trusting the customer + bad response = Worst service ever ?
(Some of the recent reviews also mention similar bad service).
If you see one of the 1 star reviews here, owner did respond to that with "if you are still not satisfied please come and see me at the premise" but from my experience, clearly he didn't walk the talk.
p/s: their masakan panas is below average
