β β β β β The serving time is kinda long and the staffs are kinda kelam kabut, kept serving us wrong dishes.
The dishes not too bad but due to the waiting time and the food doesnt come out at the similar time so abit potong steam. Maybe caused by the weekend crowd.
The fried meehuon was the dish thats above my expectation.

β β β β β This restaurant was recommended by a good friend of my sister and it didn't disappoint. Parking was not difficult. Restaurant has a AC and non AC section. The shop is popular so it's better to call and book a spot in advance to avoid disappointment. This place is know for their crabs. They charge per crab and not per kilo as some other places. Small crab is rm35 per piece. But bigger ranges 100-130 depending on weight and I think they have even bigger sizes but prices goes up as well. Food was very tasty and we enjoyed ourselves immensely but retrospectively looking at the bill I would say perhaps the fish slice and chicken were expensive for the portion sizes. So I guess if u come here focus on the crabs it's really good. Ambience is basic. It's basically a low frill experience. Definitely will come back again

1) Tasty food - of the three dishes we ordered - Butter Squid, Asam Sauce Steamed Telapia and Four Heavenly Kings (Petai, Long Beans, Brinjal etc)
2) Reasonable prices, for seafood related, the prices would be slightly higher

3) Slow serving
4) Messy cashier counter, seems working under tremendous pressure, so service at the counter would also be slower
5) Pandemic SOP, not strict
6) Distances between tables, back to pre-pandemic arrangement

By far the most popular seafood restaurant along this stretch of shophouses in Taman Bukit Mayang Mas, come weekend and you will struggle for parking as everyone converge in droves to feast on seafood especially crab. A popular area for local as well as surrounding neighbourhood such as Tropicana and Ara Damansara area.
In fairness my trip this time was during lunch time and on weekday, so I didn't encounter any problems with wrong orders, slow service or chaotic situation as compared to weekends. The dishes taste good as well as they don't have to rush orders.
βΎmud crab - she's not really a fan of anything strong taste for her crustacean dish so she went for chilly & pepper style. Apart from the fact that the crabs were so puny that I felt sorry for commiting infanticide, the meat was fresh albeit less.
βΎSang har mee - with the noodle deep fried to perfect crispiness, soaking in the eggy sauce.. I quickly walloped all before everything went soft. Glad that they can cook one prawn as some places require minimum 2 prawns.
βΎButtermilk egg floss calamari - my weakness and itchiness for crispy dish prompted me to order this and it didn't disappoint.

I read mixed reviews on this particular restaurant. Do not take my word for it... Taste is subjective and come at your own risk.
Notes to myself and others:
1) service can be slow during peak hours and weekends.
2) Do not expect service to be fast and attentive. If you want something, just walk towards them and ask.
3) parking is a biatch

β β β β β This restaurant has so many varieties of crab dish, and also a lot of other food in the menu. We had both the big crabs and the small crabs and both sizes are as fresh and as good. The Pak Sou Gong fish was awesome. The others we had; yam basket, mantis prawn, onion rings chicken, 2 variety kailan, are all good. Restaurant is clean, well spaced tables and very reasonably priced. All in all, our family had a nice dinner.
