★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service soo bad , I order food at 8pm almost 9pm my food also not yet come but 8pm something I got ask staff ,they say cooking but almost 9pm also not yet cook done and their drink really not nice . When I tell boss my food not yet come and the boss say soo many people need to wait and our services is SATU KALI MASAK . I just want to say if no people order the same thing ,I need to wait until when and the boss didn't feel any wrong. Still at there talk 3 talk 4 , continue service like this , no people will go la .Please take note and change your service be more good than now

Excuse me sir, I think your record got some problem. I just check my car camp I reach your restaurant on 8pm and I go in your restaurant didn't wait for 2 minutes your staff alr come take order and now you told me I just wait for 25 minutes is it. You have record I also have and I think your system have some problem need to service it and you say other customers saw your problem but you need to think about it. If I say all about your restaurant not true who will believe it and pls see back last months comment, other customers also complain the same thing. So you need to take note and change your service, I forget to told you last 3 week also got people complain. Pls see back your comments and change your service

The waiters all of them are so friendly. Except please do something about the fly. The fly is not because the place is dirty. The place is very clean but not sure why there is fly 'roaming'
Clean and warm environment. Love their sirap bandung and briyani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order food at 8.30pm & food arrived at 10.00pm... Such late food served... Their priorities goes to only food panda & grab food only people who are sit & ordered food did not being entertain even order plain water but they makes it too late until we feel like no point eats at there.. Asked one of staff they informed they are lack of man power at all & their owner did not want to add up more man power due to salary could not cover only 3 staff work and taking orders... Pity them some of them work more than 15 hour per day & did not get any overtime claim.... NILA OWNER CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
