Very authentic old style Chinese cooking.
Everything is really good.
Claypot tofu-very old school style. They add yam. No other restaurant I every eat before where Claypot tofu add yam. Mom told me it's old style of cooking.
Steam fish is very fresh and not farm fish, it's caught fish.
