โ โ โ โ โ Formally known as restaurant One One Three or 113 or Yat Yat Sang. One thing to note here from 15 years old neighbor: The RM 8 for **sand of salt** fried rice is expensive to swallow and the char siew (BBQ Pork) is made of flour (vegetarian).
For holy god of holy grail sake, RM0.70 chinese tea? I can get RM1.00 green tea and it is refillable!
It is a smoking area zone! There's no table for non-smokers at all.

โ โ โ โ โ The variety of hawkers' fare at RM5/normal serving is amazingly affordable & delicious. The place is airy & the hygiene is pretty good for a kopitiam. Breakfast/lunch/teatime/dinner is available.
