★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Does not follow queue order and not responsible. Could you imagine you needed to wait 90 mins for 26 sticks of satay? The answer you get in return is an insincere kitchen forgot the order. Yet they remembered to serve the 10 tables after my order. You can't help but to get the impression that they intentionally selective with the clients they want to serve. If I get to rate with negative numbers, this shop deserved a -10/10. Not the first occurrence and this is quite prevalent, especially with this franchise. My final visit ever to Haji samuri. And, they are not exactly cheap as well as Very distasteful over their selective serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells good satay, tasty,less fat and more meat. Can use credit card too.
However, you have to think twice before going there:
1. I had to wait for 45minutes to collect my satay (only 30sticks satay ayam). it was for family dinner and my family members were waiting for me to to be back so that they can start having dinner.
2. They have phone number, so I thought I can call and order, so that I don't need to wait. Ended up nobody picked up the call.
3. Grab or food panda was not available, as it was outside the zone and they have their own delivery but only available at Bangi area.
