★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst Seafood Dining Experience.
1.COVID Hotspot and Social Distancing outside the window
People just walked around with no proper distancing , waiters are everywhere, here and there and also nowhere at the same time.
2. Food is bad
Made for the sake of making it. Squid taste like tire. Fish is dry like sand and Tomyam is like plain water.
3. Long Waiting time
My father and I have to queue for 20 minutes to choose the fish and other seafood ingredients. Then another 45 minutes , just to get the food to eat.
4. Unorganized huge mess
3 staffs are filling up hand soap for a single bottle. A staff throwing out 1 small trash outside. then come back. A loud unpleasant music in the background, where I can't even hear what the cashier is talking about. A staff accidentally cut his finger then still continues cutting the fish and cooking. I could write a book over this.
5. Worst Part
After you eat, you might want to go wash your hands or to the toilet because your storage is too full. I highly recommend you to HOLD ON. The toilet bowl is surrounded by pee and ants (I am not even sure how that happened). Mud and green fungus are the main part of the interior design. Unless you can't help and it is either do or die, bring 10 sanitizers, brand new pants, shoes and shirt as you may want to burn it after you use that toilet.
I don't even know how the staff and management of that restaurant is blind to their surroundings which the problems are very obvious. Maybe they got used to it. Which is scary for me on what I haven't see yet.

- late, late, late. We probably waited like 1 hour, eating all the poktek (that was so-so) and rice before getting our ikan bakar and even later, our sotong goreng tepung
- oh the drinks. We probably had asked three times before the drinks were delivered to us
- probably it's the business model, the large Poktek we ordered was on the pricier side with meager seafood content in it. Just some clams and shrimps
-cleaning up table was fast. They probably should have better arrangement for food preparation.
In conclusion, okay food but bad service so never again

Good place to relax with family.
However, the food preparation is a bit unorganised and delayed. Dining place need to be put properly, having bad ventilation. Customer service not very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived check in, sit after 15 minutes one staff came and said order only take after 6 pm. You can simply put serve time at the entrance or close/block the entry way or someone tell us during our entry that the restaurant is not ready yet. Not after 15 minutes of waiting... for the comments in here, not worthy to visit i think. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here not bad but for me it too expensive and need to wait for long time to eat..my family wait 1 hour 40 minit to eat..we just order siakap bakar, sotong goreng tepung,tomyam,telur dadar and kailan ikan masin..all this menu about RM123..small siakap, about 400g sotong, tomyam,kailan and telur dadar potion for 1 person with 4 plate rice..not recommended to have dinner at here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting a table ready for walk in customer was speedy. They took our orders fast. Limited fish selection- ada siakap and bawal saja. Was glad when they mentioned air kosong is available via their Coway machine. So ordered juices and hot beverage in addition to normal tomyam, veges, telur dadar and via the seafood selection- ikan bakar and sotong celup tepung.
Nasi, tomyam, sayur and telur arrived first, an hour later. The drink had yet to arrive so we use the Coway because the kids are thirsty, but the water flow was very slow. And the dishes arrived without cutleries, only tomyam has a spoon. Requested the waiters to send them but never arrived. So we hv to use the sole sudu tomyam to senduk nasi, for the lauk and of course the tomyam. Food is standard tomyam shop fare. Sotong arrived after the drink, which was missing one order but the waiter insisted I didnot order, i asked him to put another order of it but I dread this will arrive dont know when. The fish arrived after we finished all the food. Price wise, KL standard. Missing one drink and one snack. Suitable for those that are not hungry and want to chill with friends; not family with ravenous kids after swimming.

Only 3 types of fish to select, bakat and goreng type only.steam not available, sotong not fresh, ask for sotong goreng tepung but looks like goreng butter, very chewy. Fried rice not available even though it is written in menu. Price KL standard. Will not come again
