Best Restaurant in Malaysia

C	CH Ngoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant has been in business for a few generations. You can see the decorations in the restaurant that tells the story. The food taste don't change much but the customers has changed. Must try their fish maw soup, red wine meesua and pork ribs. It's a traditional taste that can't be found elsewhere. Just the environment reduce the star rating.
S	Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is amazing. The fish maw is a must to order as the way it's cooked is not like how its cooked in KL. The sweet and sour pork ribs are great as well. It's crispy and yummy. The only reason why this place doesn't have 5 stars is because there are way too many flies :(

P	Peace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historic restaurant in Ayer Tawar. The food quality is (once) so good and the food price is so reasonable. Just the environment is not that comfortable. After shifting chef, the food quality has dropped quite significantly.
H	Hock Sing Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fishmaw was perfectly done. Minimum order was RM50 and therefore it was huge portion for 2 of us. But the taste was heavenly good. 5 stars Stir fried mixed vege wonderfully made. Don't fooled by It's simple outlook but it tasted very good. Wok-hei and goodness of fuzhok inside the broth. RM13. 5 stars The barley drink was so special and wonderfully cooked. Never tasted so nice barley drink before. 5 stars Food wise, everything was perfect until we noticed it's ugly side. This coffeeshop was dirty. It also allow smoking and therefore smokers everywhere. Worst, some ceiling fans not working anymore and make us sweating throughout the lunch. Finally, lot of flies and owner didn't border to rectify any of the above. Only 2 of us were concerning and seems every locals dine in get use to it already. May be cultural difference. Minus 2 stars for that
A	Aaron Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Old school style Coffeeshop. Had my dinner here recently and saw the Singapore actress Pan Ling Ling here eating one of the best tasting fuzhou dishes in Sitiawan. I can’t find the same taste anywhere in Malaysia. My dad brought me here over 20 years ago and the taste and outlook has not changed much. The older the better, the taste is still authentic and not diluted over the years. Die die must try if you are here. Be prepared to wait on public holidays and Long weekends when the locals comes back from work in KL/ Singapore. ??
C	Chi D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble looking place but this is the best Foochow restaurant in town! Some of the classic dishes include fish maw, sweet & sour fish/pork ribs, oyster omelette, red wine chicken etc. I might be a little bias cause this place is our family favourite---but you really can't find dishes like these out there. Plus the chefs and staffs are getting older so who knows how long they'll continue to operate so I'll overlook the less than ideal environment. Cleanliness is an issue and there's no air-conditioning so it's not the most comfortable place but the food makes up for it.
