They have air-conditioned and outdoor seating. Good place for lunch in ara area if you don't mind the crowd. All the food and beverage are good. Best recommendation is chicken rice, the charsiew On par with famous restaurant. Char Keuy Teow, Yam rice, wantan mee all taste above average. Its not easy to find a coffee shop with so many good food inside, be sure to try it out all of it.

The chicken rice here is pretty tasty. Siu Yoke is okay but the main draw is the Char Siew, which is excellent. However, it is usually always sold out. Otherwise it's a nice hawker stall. Dim sum is decent. Parking can be a little difficult given the tight space.

Living up to its famed for the stall that sells Penang Kuey Teow Th'ng, Penang Assam Laksa, Chicken Rice, and Yam Cake. Penang Kuey Teow Th'ng - The soup is flavorsome with lots of fried garlic bits, tung choy, and celery leaves. Should they add in the fishmeat dumpling, this noodle can be passed off as the famed Ipoh "Hor Hee." The noodle (kuey teow) is smooth and soft but not mushy. The fishball, fishcake, and other accompaniments are just good and balanced. Penang Assam Laksa - the soup is full of minced fish meat and a tad milder than the famed Kek Lok Si Assam Laksa in Penang. Overall, it is a good surprise that we can enjoy such good assam laksa in Ara Damansara. Char Siew - Again, it's not hyped up by fellow local guides to give it a thumbs up! The crystal char siew does give you a feeling of melting in your mouth. Frankly, it's fats, but one will still enjoy it regardless. We had a 2nd order as we did nit have enough, but they ran out of crystal char siew but still have the half lean half fats cuts. We had that it's as good. The lean meat is so fluffy. Roasted Pork - the flavour of the meat is a notch less intense from the normal ones, but the meat is fluffy.and.the skin is crunchy. For those who need it to be flavourful, just dip the meat to the Chilli sauce provided, and that will do the job. Yam Cake - overall nice, but at RM3.20 for 2 pieces is on the high side. The texture is nice, and Yam chunks within the cake provide a mouthful experience. It has more Yam than flour, which is different from the normal ones in the market. Update: March 22,2022 Mom's Curry - not to our liking. The curry soup is on a sweet side and requires at least 3 sauce plates of sambal to be added to the soup to make it nice. The Char Siew is too lean and hard. Wan Tan Mee - the noodles seem to be the bamboo kneaded type as its springy, giving you the QQ texture. The soup is not okay, and the wanton fillings are too marinated. Mixed Pork Soup with Yam Rice - the yam rice is superb. It was infused with the aroma of yam and lots of yam chunks. As for the meat, it's nice, tender, and smooth. The soup is a tad too tangy and not umami enough, thus not delivering the "punch" or oomph! Homemade Yong Tau Fu - The fillings are a fish and pork, the "hakka combination." The brinjal is very "meaty, "fresh and nice, though too oily. The bitterguord is good. As for the white tofu, we just cannot accept the fact that they do not insert the meat into the tofu (which is a must for hakka YTF). Overall, on this update, we do not mind returning for the yam rice, but they do not sell the yam rice separately. As for the YTF, just call the vege version, and not the tofu will be okay. The Wan Tan Mee and the Curry Noodle, we will not return. Update: 17th May, 2022 - we return to enjoy the kuey teow th'ng, where the standard is still consistent as per our first try. For this update, we review the char kuey teow and the pork noodles. Char Kuey Teow - at RM8, sounds a tad too steep, but when the plate of CKT arrives the portion matched the price. As for taste, the required umami is there and the charting of the kuey teow is good. So with the wok hei, we recommend the CKT of this kopitiam. Pork Noodles - loose to Ooi Noodles, but way above average. If you have not eaten Ooi Noodles, this is very hood already.

Came here on 29 Dec 2021 for dinner. They have ‘tai chou’ / Chinese dishes for dinner and they were pretty good and I thought the price was reasonable too. FYI, 1 Jan 2022, they are shifting to a new building which is just behind Tien Tien Lai restaurant. That’s what the owner told me.

Located in Ara Damansara area, parking here is easier than the main commercial area. They have an aircon section, which makes it cool to have a meal here. Came for breakfast and found that there are less stalls open now in the morning. There is curry mee, wantan mee, chicken rice and pork noodles. Outdoor seating just opposite the coffee shop is available where you can sit under trees and watch the traffic on the main road. Coffee and tea are served with the sugar in a spoon, so you can choose how much to add. Hawkers here are generally friendly with prompt service.

Used to be aircon. Neighborhood kopi tiam. Tried chicken rice (good), Kari mee (abit over priced but with siham), yam rice (good) and yong toufu. The price over here is abit above average. Hard to find seats. Parking by the road side is ample.
