★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what an exciting beautiful kitchen is the Szechuan kitchen. The waiter was superfriendly, my Chinese is zero so we chose by looking and pointing at photo's and with a minimum of words like 'spicy-meat-fish-specialty and rice'. We ordered a great spicy fish dish with at least 3 different peppers, fried fish, black fungus, oyster mushroom, cucumber and a tomato like gravy. The heat of 1. Black pepperkernels/or maybe Szechuan 2. Fresh green and red rawit and last but not leas 3. Dried and stir fried red peppers resulted in a spicy flavourful beautiful experience. Must eat more of this type of seasoning!
We also ordered porc belly, thin slices that had been smoked and slow cooked. It came with a kind of kale(the Dutch would immediately say boerenkool) cooked in soysauce, dried and stir fried red pepper, probably also some ginger. The combination left us speechless. I'd say: go for a complete authentic feel and order here. Just pick a cool photo and see/tasye what happens!

Food cyclically goes from bad to good and so on.

Taste is really bad. It’s not Sichuan cuisine. Food is not spicy, just salty.
Do not waste your money.
This is the worst Mapo tofu I’ve ever had in my life.
