Bad experience. 1. Food ordering. Only the lady boss can take order, but the lady boss was in the kitchen. Waited more than 20 mins just to order. Food came fast but 2. Ordered 芙蓉蛋, and the first plate that was served was fried egg with onion. So we wanted to confirm the order with the staff Me: Can I check if this is my order? (芙蓉蛋) Staff: What did u order? Me: 芙蓉蛋 Staff: Whats stated on the order? Me: 芙蓉蛋 Staff: oh then it is ? Didn’t bother to help checking, didn’t bother to even look at what I ordered. 3. Drinks was spilled along the way while serving. Straw was dirty. Staff still has the audacity to serve that spilled drink with dirty straw. 4. Ordered fish head curry, waited till we finished the rest of our order, it’s still not served. When checked, order was missed out by the kitchen

Slow and bad service. Took them 15mins to take our order. Served us spilled drinks. Ordered 2 portions of the same noodles - 2nd plate came 15 mins after the 1st plate. Ordered curry fish head - order got missed out. Overall - not a good experience

We paid RM140 for 4 people. The soup for the fish head hot pot is full bodied. It is slightly milky white and tasted flavourful. The fish was fresh and vegetables fresh. The chicken was lean and not oily. The ginger sauce tasted home-made. The Yong Tau Hoo and KL Noodle were laden with sauce but they did not taste too heavy. Rustic setting but clean and comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. Food was served fairly quickly. I will go again.

Was there with family (3 pax) on Thursday evening, around 6pm. No crowd, seated and ordered a few dishes, everything was smooth and good. Service - 7/10, uncle was attentive, all masked up nicely too. Food - 8/10, met our expectations and we will be back to try other dishes next time. Dishes - salted butter guard, sweet sour pork, steam fish (cubed), Hokkien noodles. Toilet was clean too.

Good, decent portion Hokkien Mee at friendly price. Restaurant is considerably cooling given the hot weather. Worth visiting.

I only tried the black hokkien mee and it was exceptional. Care was taken to fry the noodles and I waited about 7-10 minutes despite being the only customer. The cabbage and small prawns were crunchy. The noodles are Q. There is generous amount of sauce but doesn't taste too salty and greasy. People who are more health conscious can try to ask for less salt and oil. Right amount of lard that complements rather than overpower the taste of the dish. Note they close on Tues, and take a break in the afternoons around 3-5pm I think.

Very Good Hokkien Mee fried with plenty of pork lard! Since the Hokkien Mee is strong in flavor so it goes well with the Kampung Chicken. Both the sambal for mee and the ginger sauce for the chicken were great too! Fast service and easy parking!
