★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best bah kut teh in Taiping town. The soup is thick with fragrance of the herbal tea. It's not the light or mild type. The ingredients inside the soup is very generous too. With lots of mushrooms and meat. Price is reasonable too. The lady boss/chef is very friendly. It's to come at 12 noon. It normally sold out by 3pm. On a festival season, it will be packed at lunch time and sell out by 1.30 or 2pm. If you want something else, they are famous for steam fish head. the kitchen open until 8.30pm. just not the bah kut teh.

Tried the Hong Siew fish head, Sam Mei chicken (three flavour chicken), deep fried black pomfret, silky smooth taufu and fried sweet potato leaf. All the dishes came up tops, no complaints, truly enjoyed a good meal. Service is good and prompt; with a friendly atmosphere.
