★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and decent offering of hawker fare. Fresh made pan mee, Western, charsiu and chicken rice, curry noodles, pork broth noodle. Parking is challenging though. Toilets is mediocre.

Kopi ice is so kaw.
Chicken rice store is super famous, Siew yeok + cha siew from rm7 onward. Very long queue at lunch time. Fast sold out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For your neighbourhood coffee shop with several stalls, this has 2 pretty good stalls.
One is the curry laksa stall with a rich curry and option for using wantan noodles instead of the regular yellow noodle. The other one is the chicken rice stall that has both white and roasted chicken, char siew and roast pork.
This stall is very popular especially for its roast pork that sells out in under 2 hours. The stall opens about 10am, the roast pork is available from around 12pm and long queues will be there waiting.
