★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is famous with the "松鱼头' which is Song Fish Head, it is cooked by steaming it, and served with different kind of sauce, such as soy sauce, minced ginger puree.
Other than that, Bitter Gourd Soup (sliced Bitter Gourd with meat slices and some pork intestine) is one of the main dish they offered, with fried pork meat 南乳炸肉 which is crunchy and savory,
Definitely need to try their salted egg fried pumpkin as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly place with really delicious food. The fried Hakka pork especially hits the spot. The black bean sauce for the fish head was bomb! Very savory, slightly hoisin taste with garlic. Very addictive. The Sambal vegetables were good too. Come!
