★ ★ ★ ★ ★ plaza glomac parking management need to repair the autopay machine and hire trained staff for backup.
parked there this morning, autopay machine was out of service, staff at the service office actually screamed out of frustration when people started asking and demanding to pay for parking. Even the machine at the service office was not functioning well. I believe she is not regular staff there as she kept on trying to call her colleague but cannot reach him.
After payment also cannot go out, the machine at the gate reject the card. another person came but cannot do anything. Need to call the service staff to remotely open the pole.
