β β β β β Gave good recommendation on material. The 1st fitting they gave us detailed explanation to help us better visualize the outfits. Also they were very patient when we were looking for the right buttons.
The 2nd fitting was when the suit was done. They were open to amending the suit for a perfect fit and comfort. We were impressed with the final product, the quality of the cloth made the suit outstanding. They fix the fitting of the vest on the spot, the process was quick and seamless.

β β β β β Only one word, PERFECT. Everything from the start to the end product (a 2-piece suit). Very professional tailor who's not rushing or try too hard to impress but instead patiently explain everything to you, from the fit to the design even though I opted to go for the least expensive fabric as a start. This guy definitely knows what looks good on me! And as expected, the result doesn't disappoint at all. Love the suit very much.
Apart from the great workmanship and reasonable pricing, another thing for the win is definitely the customer service.

β β β β β Due to the tight schedule, we were only able to choose the fabrics which they have in-house. Got our measurements done on Thurs, did a fitting on Fri and collected on Sat during lunch hour! Precise and fast services, fair prices, great attitude in customer service! Gonna come back to you guys if Iβm back here in Penang! Cheers!

β β β β β Contacted Rex custom tailor few days before CNY for a last minute order. He was happy to proceed a order within a tight time span and delivered a quality suit. That too with an affordable price compared to other places in the island. I had a few specifications for the suit as it should used for governmental ceremony and he delivered it professionally. The owner is kind and friendly, his team is nice, the shop is clean and sparkly. Really loved the overall experience here. Highly recommended ?

β β β β β Excellent service by the tailor. Did an urgent and last minute order and they were willing to entertain my order. Not at all stingy with recommendations and explanation about the fabrics, the styles, the prices, name stitching and etc. The suit and the pant turns out to be excellent. The fitting is perfect. The staffs were very friendly and easy to ask questions to. Definitely worth every cent.

β β β β β Open and honest tailor. Worked tirelessly to complete there suits in a two week period. Fitment day, all three suits required alterations. Two days later, completed, pressed and ready for collection. One suit required a change in the vest of which was done on site, within 20 minutes. Very good job.
I look forward to my next visit to Rex.
