Escalated to them via Whatsapp but all I received was impolite responses without any apology on their poor workmanship. I strongly do not recommend this shop unless you wanna waste your time going back and forth.
差评。
7月12号去复制了钥匙不能用，于是我19号特地去店里修了还是不能用。 WhatsApp 回应也没礼貌 没道歉 所以我隔天又要去店里做refund 因为你不知道再试多一次会不会还是不能用。
非常不建议 浪费你的时间。

Bad review.
I copied the key on July 12 and couldn't use it, so I went to the store to fix it on the 19th and it still couldn't be used. The WhatsApp response was impolite and did not apologize, so I have to go to the store to do a refund the next day because you don't know if you try again or not.
It is not recommended to waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is too expensive for the quality of the remote control I purchased, I thought for the price I paid the remote control would my car's brand logo on it, end up I paid price 7x higher for a product I could purchase via Shopee (price at Shopee is only RM25-28), do your on calculation for how much I paid for my new remote control case. That new remote had a cheap plastic feeling, I mean... for the price I paid for, even if it is not an original I wouldn't expect it has a cheap plastic feeling. And when I tested the remote I found that the button is not as sensitive as the original, that shop lady told me that my old battery is not strong enough, I trusted her and changed it, cost me additional RM25. End up still the same. Luckily I manage to ask her to change back the old baterry and since she has opened up the new battery packaging so I just bought it as my spare battery in future. Anyway, I am so regret for not searching the same replacement item through Shopee first.... ?
