★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I registered my account online and gave my full details there. It ask to just go to the branch and verify my ID. At the branch they insist I fill out all the same forms again. I spent 1 hour just opening a simple savings account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best RHB branch I have ever visited. Everyone is so helpful and quick. The branch manager is friendly and eager to assist, he makes it a joyful experience every time we go there. It is a wonderful environment and our favourite branch to go to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly however there have been at least 5 out of 10 instances where I visited and the ASB system was down.
A few times in the past I would wait then when I take my number they would tell me that ASB system is down, fine I didn't open my mouth and ask.
However the most recent instance, since now it is on appointment basis I booked a slot, had to wait an hour, ok fair and the first thing I did was to make sure that asb was available, they said it was, ok. I waited for an hour at the waiting area then when I was at the counter, they said asb system was down..... ahaha. Just hope this can be fixed because I don't have time to go to the bank often so when the system is down it really is a waste of my time. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible services from AlRajhi! Last encounter was from Mr Kee of BSC branch. Can’t believe he had the audacity to discuss my financial matters in public area instead of bringing me to his work station or room. Don’t they understand they are breaching the secrecy ruling under the FSA/IFSA!?
