β β β β β Extremely disspointed with my visit here today. I appreciate it being a friday and the need to attend friday prayers. Please consider stationing a trained and efficient lady or non-muslim officer at the ASB counter on Fridays to attend to customers coming during lunch time. Alternatively, please direct your customers to the nearest CIMB bank, where I sorted out my ASB business within 10 minutes!!

β β β β β Very poor service, and the staff is limited to serve customers. The staff only know Hokkien instead of Mandarin, very difficult to communicate.

β β β β β 1st time to go in RHB bank for open account and follow up application status. Very good customer service during CMCO. Service Manager assist and recommend me which account that suits me for new customer. Good follow up and feedback and called me promptly to speed up my application
