Not everyone now your system. Just try to explain nicely. Tired of explaination? Please put info or big memo board infront of your branch. It's just 9.30 am but you treat others /customer super rude like already 4pm.
Don't teach young people to become rude.
If they do, they will become super rude. Lead by example. Bare in your mind.
You teach them.
Pleasee improve your PR ,soft skills and customer service .
