Not even worth one star especially from the service/attitude of the staff.. Plus I was told, HOUSEWIFE ARE NOT ALLOWED/CANNOT OPEN SAVINGS ACCOUNT !!? I was asked to use/open account at other bank !

Worst experience ever dealing with banks. Rude guard and staff who expects you to know everything without explaining anything. Very slow service

Bad services provided.. The indian guard are not friendly at all.. very in disorder and long queue.. Request for extra three copies of rentas form from banker and he said no stock available.. Bad Bad Bad

The worst service I ever met. So poor customer service and the slow progress I have been waited for 2 hours there but the staffs didn't do anything Extremely disappointed with this rhb branch, poor management and poor customer service..

The lamest bank service in town. Called customer service for several times. Busy. Went to this branch, waited for 1.5hr just to fill up a form so that their officer will call back to give you appointment to come over again, just to open an account. No thanks! Has been here several times for other purposes, super slow service.

The worst service I ever met. No manners male staff the one keep coughing or making noise frequently at the front queue counter. The way he talk to me was impatient like " Allahhhhh, tapi apa lagi ni". it just in the morning 9.30 and im just answering his question btw. Previously request to open business account, fill up form ask me to go back and wait for further notice but no receive any inform. Second time still the same, about 2 months ,and third time i go back they just simply open a personal account with my company name for me. SPEACHLESS slow service yet still bad attitude staff.

That star I gave is for the service ambassador at the number picking counter, he was helpful, attentive and explained things clearly. There is no star for the officers in the bank. Rude and obnoxious, dismissed every sentence before I could clearly explained. When I ask the meaning from the form I should tick she kept saying unkindly "choose one la". At the end I asked for her name, she wouldn't give as she knows she was being very unkind to me. Please if you are bad at handling customer, don't work at a customer service base work. RHB, you will loss customer if you have this kind of employees.
