β β β β β Poor service! Please put notification if already out of new note for exchange (you know CNY is round of the corner). It's not easy for people wait for more than 20 minutes outside of the bank in a crowded situation and hot weather. Pity the old uncle aunty.

β β β β β Went on Monday to the bank to open a bank account. I already asked at the door if I need to q and the security asked me to do so. After queuing for almost an hour, I finally went inside and still needed to wait for awhile. HOWEVER, one of the worker said I have to make an appointment. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.

β β β β β Terrible service ,only one counter at 3pm !3pm ??Still having lunch ??And take one hour to serve one customer! After 2 years came back the service still lousy, actually not only no improvement, Is getting worse!now is 2022 ,how can be no improvement instead of retrogress!speechless!

β β β β β Went here to open up current account for company, was made to wait over 3 hours despite making an early appointment, and still didn't receive both cards (savings + current) at the end of the day. Was told to wait (for the current acc to complete processing?) for another 3 days and to my dismay, counter was closed for sanitization due to covid. Yet to wait for another 2 weeks. Overall it took them a month to give me a call back. Today the staff called but when I asked what took them so long (the acc opening process), she rudely demanding me to put in money inside the savings account (on top of a sum of money they withheld for current acc) so that she can complete the setup process. Bank C completed the same process in under 2 hour! If I knew they were this incompetent, I would bring my business elsewhere! What a pain in the neck, seriously. Such unprofessional staffs they might need to re-learn work etiquettes in the service industry, cause they are clueless!
