★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST BANK IN MALAYSIA! ALWAYS SYSTEM DOWN AND THE STAFF THERE WILL HOPE THAT YOU GO TO OTHER BRANCH OR COME NEXT DAY. LONG WAITING TIME IS A THING FOR SURE! UNLIKE OTHER BANK WHO WILL TRY THE BEST TO PROVIDE SERVICE, THE WAY THEY WORK HERE IS TO GET YOU OUT AS FAST AS THEY CAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long que time just for card replacement. Pity the security guard lady that need to do the runner task and replying us for the que. Poor service, i wonder how many counter open for card replacement. The staff can ask us to go back and come back later. Totally INEFFICIENT!!!!!!!
