 If you want to open an account, there are all kinds of things you need .. If you want an employer who doesn't want to print a letter .. If you don't want to pay your phone bill ... ?? .. It's a bad service ..

The staff is slow to work .. they want to open new accounts for hours, bad systems ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Walaupun kaki saya patah guna tongkat masih kena tunggu luar Bank untuk queue number. Dahla kaki sakit.... Dah 2jam masih tunggu luar Bank. #worstserviseRHB
Poor service. Even though my leg was broken using a cane, I still had to wait outside the Bank for the queue number. Dahla's leg hurts ... I've been waiting outside the bank for 2 hours. #worstserviseRHB

Waiting for my turn where there's only roughly 7 people may take up to an hour +-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst banking experience, call centre ask me to go to nearest branch to apply for grant courier. Instead, the staff has no clue and I was asked to go to other bank just to fill in a form.

Most of the regular customer not need to queue up .Not fair to those who has been waiting for long time .
Bank will loss competitiveness !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 counters sit with bank staff (only 2/3 counter serving) but only serving like 5 customers an hours. Some counter is occupied by their own staff chatting at the counter with each other. Dont know what is the rest is doing. Some are just standing around, sitting around and others talking on phone / idling. So many ppl queueing outside waiting for hours. Are they even properly trained? With this SOP waiting outside the bank, the staff work even slower than ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to reactivate an old account. The queue was long but managed to get it done. Was passing the bank at 10pm and saw bank staff still working. No wonder lah, RHB overwork their staff like this, can't expect above average service. Depa pun ada keluarga mah. More than 12 hours at the office, anyone will be demotivated.
