★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service hope u guys can go for the other branches to prevent from having this kind of experience. This Stupid Branch is the WORST , The Service is super Bad . They cannot even open New Saving Account for me. I just need an account to do online payment and saving money. But they do not allow me to Create an account. They said you must have an approve company letter to create this personal account . After I have bring the Letter with an signature and cop . They said not acceptable . The Stupid Accuse from the worker Give to me . His Name Is Shafiq, I Guess .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhelpful bank I have ever come across. Deposited 2 cheques here on 15/12/17. Until 29/12/17, still not credited into my account. When I walked in to this branch they said rejected because my name was incomplete (though I.c correct) AND never bothered to call me & inform! Staffs are arrogant & inconsiderate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. Half the counters are empty. The other half of the staff are doing things so slow. Yakking away and walking here and there. Pls go and learn fm other banks like PB how to serve customers better and faster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very slow bank. Even home loan processing took 3 weeks. Other bank if we submit on Monday we already can know the status within the same week. Comment on their FB page and they can delete your comment. I always thought banking related to professionalism but RHB proved me wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience, I waited nearly 2 hours plus sitting but customer who came after me was treated well very fast . When I ask they cant give a proper explanation . Providing service based on racial and very low .

Just tell the staff issuing the queue numbers your needs & she will ask you to fill a form if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the phone in the bank counter is just for decoration purpose . Called for three days consecutively but never once picked up my calls ..
Want to take back my car garan but the staff said the document is lost and can’t find it . Back and forth few times via email and never even care to contact back customer. Worst still, it’s already dragging for more than 6 months ..
