โ โ โ โ โ Location is nice as it is located in Klang city center. Parking is a little difficult to get especially during rush hour. Staffs were not too helpful during my visit and time management is a little poor here.

โ โ โ โ โ Went into the branch only with total of 3 clients, all 3 of us sitting waited for more than 30 minutes, all the RHB staffs sitting on their own table, don't know busy with what, even the Branch Manager is sitting inside his own room do nothing to help to improve the services of his staff.

โ โ โ โ โ After signed the hire purchase agreement with them, no after sale- service. The SA just push away the responsible, need to follow up the copy of agreement of ourselves. called the HQ & Branch continued for 6 working days, still no one answer phone and no email reply!

โ โ โ โ โ it takes a lot of questions and more than 2hr just to apply debit card. have to depo rm200 and make urself online account. otherwise location is strategic, do not have to queue putside like other bank. fyi, the public bank across the higway online took 15min of my time to make debit card.

โ โ โ โ โ Probably the worst bank I have ever been to, took 90 mins to open an account then send us upstairs to wait to collect the ATM cards. If only I knew the poor service. I will probably close the account and move to a new bank
